What does this website collect?
The website uses no analytics, advertising pixels, contact forms or tracking cookies. The technical hosting provider may process standard request logs to keep the service secure and operational.
Purposes and legal bases
Technical logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and reliable website. We process email messages to respond to you on the basis of our legitimate interest or to take steps at your request before a potential contract.
Contact by email
When you email us, we process your contact details and message to respond. Do not send sensitive information about pupils, customers or other people by email.
Retention and recipients
We retain contact information for no more than 24 months after the last contact unless an ongoing customer relationship or legal obligation requires longer retention. Hosting and email providers process data on our behalf to provide their services. MIPsoft does not store its own copy of website request logs; the hosting service processes technical network data to deliver and protect the service.
International transfers
The website hosting provider Cloudflare may process technical data outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare states that it uses the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where necessary, European Commission standard contractual clauses with supplementary safeguards. We require other providers to have an applicable data processing agreement and lawful transfer mechanism.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.

Privacy roles, processing terms and retention periods for the service are agreed with each customer before deployment.
