Speech translation for face-to-face service

A shared language at the service desk.

LuxeDesk helps staff and customers understand each other where the encounter happens: across the same desk.

Available as a managed rental service

One device. Two sides.

The conversation belongs to both people.

The device supplied with the service rests on the counter between the speakers. Each person has a dedicated view facing the right way. Speech becomes text, translation and, when useful, audio without passing the device back and forth.

  1. 01

    Choose the languages

The staff language can remain fixed while the customer language changes with each encounter.

  2. 02

    Speak in turns

A clear push-to-talk flow keeps the conversation calm and easy to follow.

  3. 03

    See and hear the translation

Both people receive the message on their side in their own language.

A service, not a device purchase

Rent a working service. Do not buy another device.

LuxeDesk is delivered as a ready-to-use solution that includes a managed device. The organisation pays for the service rather than owning the device, keeping both the start and end of the service controlled.

01

No device investment

The device is part of the rental service and does not become the customer's property. The customer remains responsible for appropriate use and return under the agreement.

02

No back-office integration

LuxeDesk does not connect to the organisation's back-office systems or require installation on its own devices.

03

A controlled deployment

The use case, languages, network access, security, privacy requirements and service boundaries are approved before the service starts.

Four settings, one shared need

Good service should not stop at a language barrier.

01

Hotels

Reception, guidance and everyday questions with international guests.

02

Shops and service desks

Product advice, returns and customer service without a shared language.

03

Tourist information

Routes, services and local guidance in a language the visitor understands.

04

Educational institutions

Short everyday conversations with guardians when no shared language is available.

Designed for real encounters

Technology in the background. People at the centre.

Face to face

Eye contact remains. The device supports the conversation instead of moving it away from the service desk.

Less waiting

LuxeDesk enables routine service conversations immediately and reduces the need to arrange an external interpreter.

No heavy integration

The service is delivered on a separately managed device without changes to the organisation's back-office systems.
